Everyone is talking about how this plays out in court. What this is really about is acts of war by enemies within.
There is a strong possibility that this war goes hot. Then, the courts become a secondary issue. It will be about winning the war.
Whoever wins will control the narrative. Courts will be involved in cleaning up the aftermath.

We should never depend on him for any major decision where the dirty dems are at risk.
OR, perhaps....something happens when Obama is arrested and there is Civil Disorder and the President orders everyone to disburse and go home and they don't, so he proclaims it an insurrection, calls in the Military and hands them over to the Military for trial.
