at a construction site, sometimes you have to lynch a crate or something and lift it over somewhere else.
we need some construction person to tell us what this is and is it common.
One person on twitter said it was probably on a retractable safety device but not sure this is what that is.

i am not sure this is the actual picture of the noose. the site doesnt make it clear. Some other sites with descriptions differ from this..a rope with a noose at the end.

This has happened several times on construction sites in the past and it was all idiots who though a pulley was a noose, yet the media still reports it as fact.

Yes, but do they get 5,000 in seats? Doesn’t matter how many seats you have, but are they filled. I guarantee the NFL 60K will be filled at a much higher price point.
If it was purposely done to create an issue they should spend time in jail.
If it was pranksters not involved in the construction it should be tossed and back to work.
