OK, clearly we need a few rules here. Many of us look forward to working the cryptoquote every day as a legitimate mental exercise, and object to our time being wasted on pure fluffery and idiotic self-amusement by the poster.

Rule 1: Quotes must be in ENGLISH. Not Latin, Polish, Chinese, Bantu, etc.

Rule 2: No ridiculous inanity like the “It’s crackers to tip a rozzer” fiasco of a while back. Grow up.

Oh please. A puzzle is a puzzle. There are no rules.

In the case of "It's crackers..." That phrase was found in a work of literature and also used in Mad Magazine.

I submit a crypto every Friday. If you don't want to participate, just skip Fridays. I won't miss you.
