I like Coke Zero, but have cut that out due to getting serious about my diabetes. A zero sugar soda usually lasts me two or three days. Any cravings I once had are pretty much gone.

It really is bad for you. I had reached 365 lbs, before I had a stomach bypass. I no longer drink all the sodas I used to and I lost a lot of weight and feel much better.

Clean and sober >39 years, I splurge on a Diet Coke once in a while.
