In 2024, a total of 82 cases of Vibrio vulnificus and 19 deaths were reported to Florida Health.

There were 46 cases and 11 deaths in 2023.

Good advice... Fresh tattoo’s are essentially open wounds. One doesn’t think about that... But I’m thinking about it now. Fresh tattoo... Don’t swim.
