The creep accused of murdering “American Idol” executive Robin Kaye and her husband was a heavy drug user who terrified neighbors with his antics, local said – and he also had several alarming arrests to his name.
Raymond Boodarian, 22, lived in a condo just 13 minutes from the $4.5 million Encino home where Kaye and her husband were executed during a suspected break-in last week, and his neighbors told The Post he was a constant problem.
“We had a lot of problems with him because he’s taking drugs. Every now and then he would be outside high,” said 80-year-old Madlen Amrani. “The neighbors complained and they come and arrest him.”
Boodarian would also bring other druggies around and get high with them on the block.
“I’m afraid. I’m frightened of them,” Amrani told The Post.

Gee, a druggie with a long rap sheet acquired a gun, invaded a home and shot the owners. Maybe if the home owners had a gun to defend themselves they would still be alive. Wonder why CA gun controllers are so quiet?

Maybe they have guns, but he ambushed them.
Alternatively (not to detract from your point) if leftist DAs didn’t keep letting these people out after their arrests he wouldn’t have been in a position to commit the murders at all.
This killer was Armenian.
Read a comment on TMZ where someone was trashing Armenians right and left.
Said California had a lot of Armenians and they were all criminals.
I did see a season of Lincoln Lawyer where a crime syndicate was Armenian.
The funny thing was he even went after the scumbag lawyer Mark Geragos saying that he had dropped the suffix from his last name which was would have indicated he was Armenian.
Nothing redeemable there put it (him) down like a rabid dog.

Pretty big population of Armenians in So. Cal. Glendale which is very much upper middle class is 30% or so of Armenians. My Grandmother lived there for 35 years before passing. She was 100% Italian.
I had a co-worker who was Armenian. He said the older generations of Armenians were decent people who came to work for a better life, but the wave who started coming in recent years were absolutely horrible and the older ones hated them.
We had a lot of problems with him because he’s taking drugs.
One would be hard pressed to find somebody in California who isn’t on something.
Even the kids in most schools get THC laced candy from their big brother or sister ER’s see it a lot.
