Giuffrey filed criminal complaints and civil lawsuits against Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. She won, all of them.

Giuffrey appeared on national TV programs, claiming that she had under age sex three times with Prince Andrew.

Giuffrey filed a civil lawsuit against Andrew.

The only reason Giuffrey did not file a criminal complaint against Andrew is because she would have been cross examined - under threat of perjury - by professional defense lawyers.

Also, Andrew could have counter sued, which means she would have to pay legal fees, plus risk losing the money she won against Epstein and Maxwell.
