Some people still insist on wearing their masks. A few may have chronic conditions which make them more vulnerable to infection, and a small number treat the mask like a good luck charm or magic amulet, provide a “firewall” of protection. I usually don’t say anything about such masks, unless it muffles the other person’s voice, so that I can’t understand what they’re trying to say.
My pulmonologist still wears a mask. At least he is down to just one, he used to layer-up.
It's stunning to me how many people are still wearing masks and how many mothers are forcing young children to wear them as well, smh. People driving by themselves, even out jogging, smh. I think for some it's become a "fashion statement", let's see, I've got on my shirt, socks, underwear, pants, shoes, oh oooops, almost forgot the mask. Women even have ones that are in different colors and/or designs. SMH.
I was in a large supermarket today and quite honestly I don’t think I saw anyone wearing one.
