It is very comprehensive.

I’ve been researching this topic for many years. There is much to understand about the biochemistry of coffee and how it influences the brain and body.

While there are a few warnings, this article is very positive about the health benefits of coffee.

Coffee is very beneficial for older people, reducing risk of dementia and Parkinsons.

I accepted coffee as somewhat beneficial health wise back in the 1990s.

My father in law drank nothing but coffee and lived to be 99 years old.

There was an article out the other day extolling the anti aging virtues of coffee. I’m currently enjoying my second cup of a brand called Joe. The flavor is named tall dark and handsome. Yummy.
