One can hope for an announcement of a breakthrough in the peace process but its more likely that President Trump announces that he is releasing one last huge arms package to Ukraine to help them fight the Russians here and now and to facilitate the transfer of arms supply responsibilities to the EU if there is no peace agreement. Hence forth, America will sell the EU all the arms they wish to purchase for supply to Ukraine as long as it does not degrade arms supplies for US military readiness.
