Though I no longer live there,but I'm a born and bred New Yorker and IF I had a dollar for every time I have seen, been in, passed by in a bus or taxi, was on Fifth Ave. and the areas where The Empire Building and all of the Rockefeller buildings and rink are, I'd have more money than Elon Musk!
And...it was NOT John D. who had it all built, but his SON: John D. Rockefeller Jr.!
