I like Kirk. But the Democratic Party has kicked out everyone who's somewhat normal.

Kirk is acknowledging Mamdani’s appeal even among the same youth cohort Trump appealed to. Both play to their discontent with the status quo and economic landscape. Mamdani’s schtick in fact, is that Trump has ‘betrayed’ his voters, namely the working class ones.
