Poland was a newly reborn nation after WWI. Germany was the wealthier, more developed nation. It stands to reason that Germany's Jews were wealthier than Poland's Jews. That does not mean that all of Poland's Jews were poor. In fact, Polish Jews attended Poland's universities at a rate exceeding their percentage of the population. Poland incorporated Habsburg Galicia, which had been one of the poorest regions in Europe before WWI. There were poor Jews there, and in the former Russian parts, but Poland's cities certainly had far wealthier Jews than that. Poland also repealed anti-Semetic laws from Russian rule allowing Jewish participation in Politics. While German Jews had been wealthier, Polish Jews must have been smarter because more of them survived the war and then overwhelmingly left for other places, like Israel where they formed the elite of Israeli society.

That isn't going to happen. He supposedly died in 2019. Any special prosecutor should have been appointed then, and there's a reason one wasn't. There likely isn't any real evidence left to even conduct an investigation, especially any related to his being a government or Mossad asset. FBI and CIA were likely involved using him as an asset. Both of those agencies and the Mossad have a history of hiring unsavory characters from the day they were created.
