A long time ago “the wheels of justice.....” became code for “go watch TV and fuggedit about it”.
There is no justice in a system that takes more than 12 months to get to the end. This is in violation of the US Const.

I sympathize with your views about delayed justice. Frustrating to be sure. I fondly look back on the times when a murderer was found guilty and executed almost immediately. Alas those days are gone.
