I had a security clearance from 1970 till I retired in 2016. At various times this clearance included TS. My military education included Command & General Staff. I really do understand the difference between lawful and unlawful orders. A command to cover up a shoot-down of a civilian airliner would, on the face of it, would be illegal. Members of the military have an obligation to refuse illegal orders and to report those illegal orders.
There were hundreds of naval personnel that would have been aware of a missile launch. It’s been almost 25 years and not a single one has come forward. It didn’t happen.
A second point. I spent many years in missile development and testing. One does not get approval to conduct live firings a few miles off Long Island. Just isn’t going to happen. Even if it did, that’s another group of hundreds who would have been aware of the testing/firing. None of those have come forward. It didn’t happen.
A third point. An audit of missiles was conducted. The military knows how many were produced. They know how many were expended. All missiles were accounted for. It didn’t happen.
An excellent point.
They can’t even explain where billions of missing money went... So please do not try to tell me they are right on top of everything... :)
Exactly right on all three points.
