The movie “The Guardian” with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher is really good

And I would bet 10 $ he ,like the character in the movie,

when asked

” how many did you save ?”

, will sadly think of the ones he couldn’t save.

( Gawd I choked up on that scene )

Yeah, Ashton’s character (a Petty Officer, 3rd class, IIRC) kept asking “What’s your number?” - meaning saves.

Costner’s character (a Senior Chief, IIRC) wouldn’t tell him until the end, and that was not the number of saves, but the number of lost.

Overall, really a great movie.
