Fixed it.
And they have to much power and control. And by that I mean all HR departments across the Country. They have turned themselves into POWER FREAKS AND HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF CONTROL.
They need to be eliminated and returned to their original function of being in charge of PAYROLL and ONLY PAYROLL.
Years ago I had to go to a 3 day "class" (I was working the 3 Shift at Night that week) and one of the things that was spewed from the mouth of the speaker was it takes 21 days to form a habit. I was in the Water Treatment Plant and We worked 12 hour shifts, 3 shifts On, 2 Off. Then 2 On, 3 Off. Every Month We would swap from Day Shift to Night Shift and then back again the next Month.
I asked if they ever looked closely at Our Time Sheets ? Then I was asked why did I ask that. So I told them.
Next Shift I get called into My Supervisor's Office and asked "What did you do to the hr instructor ?" I said that I had asked a relevant question and explained it.
He said OK You're right.
What is the meaning of an “independent agency“ of the federal government? Does it mean that no one has any oversight over them? I think they are taxpayer funded.
