Do these rules not apply to everyone? How can they slight blacks.

While that remark referred specifically to the ban on "non-battery-powered air fans" ("clackers"), I think it's safe to infer that the critics and detractors of these new cruise line policies unconsciously believe that all of the listed behaviors and practices that have been prohibited are concentrated in the Black populace - or, worse yet, are shining examples of "Black cultural expression!"
(I know: Pretty awful racist belief, huh?)
The next thing you know, the cruise line is going to prohibit brawling in the food lines - a move which would specifically target Blacks, right? Ri-ight?!
