Many women are naturals at testing prospective mates—in the manosphere it is called the s^%$ test.

They intentionally create issues to see how the man reacts.

While this is a great way to evaluate a prospective mate it becomes a liability after marriage.

That’s what kids do. Those little monsters know if they do a bad job you’ll wind up doing it yourself. Employers will just fire you.
