Agree. I suspect that Putin will tell Trump that when he sees NATO winding down the war, he’ll wind down too, without having to sign anything.

Disagree completely. Putin has no intention of winding anything down just because NATO does — in fact, he’s counting on NATO fatigue to seize even more ground. Let’s be clear: NATO isn’t winding down; it’s winding up precisely because of Putin’s relentless war games. His invasion and aggression have directly led to NATO’s expansion with Finland and Sweden — something unthinkable before his warmongering began. Waiting for Putin to voluntarily de-escalate is a dangerous fantasy; he only respects strength and unity, and the West must show both without hesitation.
