You could make a credible case that Massie opposed the BBB on principle, and I would not have disagreed. But refusing to censor Schiff is a disgrace. Massie is an idiot.
I think the fine is a bad idea. If they’ve got the goods, charge him, expel him, whatever. A fine like that is almost certainly unenforceable, and almost certain to be abused when Democrats get control.
The GOP needs to start digging on his background and find some real dirt on him and drum him out..
