This is unrealistic drivel. But damn nice dream. Half or more of the Democrat Party, 90+% of US academia and media, most of Hollywood, and a major portion of government employees would ALSO be escorted out of the country along with him, based on that “Act”.

And Trump would immediately be demonized as another McCarthy if he even considered it. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Dems rant out and demand that Trump rebuke this idea publicly.

its a LAW

and all those publicly self confessed communists, ALL OF THEM, should be deported .

The old INS has a history of trying to deport aliens who were active communists and failed in the courts. No reason to believe it would be any better today, especially with the near total infiltration of the federal bench by their fellow travelers.
