If you notice, there’s a smoke trail leading upwards. My hypothesis is that somewhere near the ground, maybe even on the ground the fire broke out and seven or eight people went over the side… And the others were trapped in the balloon that suddenly rose upward with uncontrolled flame making a lot of heat and the sudden loss of 400 pounds of people. Then it got to altitude and came apart. I doubt anyone in that final phase of the video survive. That’s just a hypothesis from living somewhere where there is a lot of balloon activity.
