Mediterranean diet is delish and wonderful for your weight and health. If I needed to lose weight, that’s what I’d eat. Not surprised it has other benefits too.

I think it is one of the healthiest period, despite myths and misconceptions. I think a lot has to do with the predominant presence of Olive Oil. If you stay away from too many Cannolis of course... :)
