Editor’s Note: Although initial reports indicated that ICE agents were on the property, it was later clarified that the agents were from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents attempted to access Dodger Stadium on Thursday morning but were denied entry by the team.

“This morning, ICE agents came to Dodger Stadium and requested permission to access the parking lots. They were denied entry to the grounds by the organization. Tonight’s game will be played as scheduled,” the team said in a statement posted on X.

However, ICE confirmed that their agents were not at Dodger Stadium.

Wrong...
Federal, state and local law enforcement cannot enter private property without:
1) Permission from the owner or:
2) A signed warrant

That pesky constitution has a whole bunch of stuff pertaining to this...

Sounds like grounds to perform a VERY DEEP I-9 review of all employees, including players. And not just at the MLB level, but any minor-league operation affiliated with the Dodgers. Make sure all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed.

And, if/when the Dodgers complain that they are being isolated, then do the same thing to all MLB organizations.

MLB has a special exemption from Federal Anti Trust Laws.
That could go away.
I would also probably show up early for the dodgers game tonight - guessing
that the concession stands and parking lots will be understaffed

I can’t believe the dumbass Dodgers have decided they want to be a part of the Mexican takeover of California by the illegal Mexican invaders. If Californians were smart, they would boycott the baseball playing clowns.

Be a crying shame if Federal officers found toxic waste on that parking lot, and declared the entire facility a Superfund site. . . (evil grin)
