Exactly! That really pissed me off. Small nations in Asian, the Middle East, Polynesia, South America get their own listings (and should be “nationalities,” not “ethnicities,” too), but Europeans, Canadians, and Americans (1 BILLION people) get lumped into two categories? You’ve got to be kidding me.
