Christians are “Israel”. The Bible is not referring to a government or physical nation.
Romans 9:6–8

According to Paul:
•They are spiritual children of Abraham, not just physical ones.
•They are those who are part of God’s family because of His promise, which is ultimately fulfilled in Christ.
•In the broader context of Romans and Galatians, Paul applies this to Christians (both Jews and Gentiles) who have faith in Christ, not just ethnic Israel.

This view wrongly claims the Church replaces physical Israel. Romans 9-11 affirms God's distinct covenant with ethnic Israel, promising their future restoration (Rom. 11:25-29). The "children of promise" include both spiritual heirs (believers) and physical Israel, not an exclusive replacement.

Tucker’s cheese is slipping off his cracker. Tucker acted dumbfounded that Ted believes in the Biblical principle that those who bless Israel will be blessed and those that curse Israel will be cursed. This concept is nothing new and has been espoused by the likes of Billy and Franklin Graham, yet Tucker acted like Cruz had no idea of what he was talking about. I guess Tucker thinks he knows the Bible better than the Grahams.

The people killing children and creating destruction are the broken off branches that Paul references in Romans chapter 11.
They are also the ones that Jesus himself references in John 8: 39-47
The Lord makes three covenants with Abraham, promising that his descendants would become:
A great nation (Gen. 15), fulfilled in the founding of Old Covenant Israel by Moses and grounded in the twelve tribes of Jacob-Israel (Exod. 24)
A great kingdom (Gen. 17), initially fulfilled in David and his royal descendants who reign over the kingdom of Israel (1 Samuel 16)
Universal blessing fulfilled in Christ. The Catholic Church - The ‘New’ Israel, one meant to impact all nations.. (Gen. 22:18),
