A woman claiming to be the Idaho DoorDash driver who dropped off food to victim Xana Kernodle minutes before a home invasion stabbing spree killed her

They use gps, so her proximity and time should be easily substantiated one would think.

What does having to testify some time in 2025 have to do with a DUI arrest in September 2024? Unless she was in the area to meet with the lawyers back then and was asked by the police “Where have you been, where are you going?” etc.)

I imagine the defense attorney will use the DUI against her.

Provided the company still retains those records her time and location can be verified; however, it was Nov 2022 and that probably exceeds a lot of companies retention policies.
