Tucker Carlson warned Monday that U.S. involvement in the escalating Israel-Iran conflict could bring down President Donald Trump and mark the collapse of America’s global influence.

In an appearance on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom, Carlson argued a full-scale war in the Middle East could derail Trump’s second term and devastate the country’s standing globally.

“I actually really love Trump. I think he’s a deeply humane, kind person,” Carlson said. “But I’m really afraid that my country’s gonna be further weakened by this. I think we’re gonna see the end of the American empire.

He added, “But it’s also going to end, I believe, Trump’s presidency and effectively end it.”

I totally agree with you, and I was deployed with the 7th fleet in the Pacific when the embassy was taken over in Nov ‘79. Looking forward to this nightmare ending.

PS - we had a HUGE presence in Iran before 1979. Not traditional bases, but many troops in training rolls. Hopefully we can restore those relationships with the Abraham accords once the Mullahs are gone. I know this is what Trump wants

6) Israel wasn’t attacked on October 7th

8) The Supreme Leader of Iran doesn’t lead chants “death to Israel, death to the United States” and

9) isn’t building a nuclear bomb

10) And, for completeness, Russia didn’t invade Ukraine

Just my thought but I hope President Trump is finished responding to this Tucker person. Tucker’s polemics are divorced from the real- world realities of the Iranian danger to America and American interests. When a media personality (of any type) goes this far off the rails, it is better, I think, to just leave him there and to continue doing the POTUS job as best possible.

What is he talking about? Iran is toast, finito. How are they going to fight a war against Israel when their leadership is gone, they have no more missiles, which is why Trump is calling for unconditional surrender.
