This happened to me once. I think it was because the email addy connected to my CC was not the same as the one connected to FR. Centurylink had sold out to Brightspeed and email addy was lost. So I just got a gmail one and forgot to notify FR.
It happened to me, too. I tried both of my email addresses.
After FR’s site shut my card down, I tried unsuccessfully twice more to to reinstate monthly donation as before with no luck. I do not think that the merchant services processor FR uses is very good.

Very sorry about that. Looks like we had another one of those Fraudulent card testers in this morning. To get hundreds of fraudulent transactions through but our merchant account provider caught all of them. I think it must have set off all the alarms and whistles because we went several hours where none of our transactions can get through. We got several through my paypal and there was at least one credit card transaction They came through a little while ago so maybe they’re going to start releasing us.
I’m going to ask Chris to go in and look at yours particularly to see if there’s anything we can do.
