Santiago Bulnes, a vice president who now leads engineering on Lockheed’s F-35 program, Just another indication of how screwed up defense contracting is. This crap goes all the way up the DOD acquisition bureaucracy to the top. It's a symptom of the mess that caused the DOD to buy a POS aircraft.

Put them put of business,if they do not fire the executives, unceremoniously for doing this.
Musk can use more business.

Their shareholders ought to sue them into the ground.

They would have a case, I think.

The fact that the black female director of human resources would actually put it in writing should be enough to kick her ass off the planet.....but I doubt it.

Their shareholders ought to sue them into the ground.
It is better to sue the individuals responsible so the whole country can see the damages to each responsible officer when they behave racially instead of ethically.

Many believe that masculine industries, such as military and defense, are naturally immune to left-wing race and gender ideologies. This is mostly a myth. These institutions are organized according to prestige and profit—and when those signals point to “woke,” industry leaders have dutifully followed.I retired from Lockheed Martin in January, and that is an absolute fact. I retired a couple of years early because I was fed up with the woke stupidity. The older one gets, the more difficult it is to do stupid. My wife retired in April; we're on an awesome month-long road trip and have seen 20 states so far. Screw them...

See #10 for the controlling share holders. They would have to sue themselves...

Much of the DEI crap at major corporations (especially those doing business with the Feds) was driven by fear of the government.
That's all changing now, thanks to Trump, but if a Dem/commie wins in 2028, it'll all swing back to the way it was.
To: MtnClimber
So many companies that were forced into DEI stuck the token large black female into the HR lead role, thinking it would be the least harmful place for them. They were wrong.
To: antidemoncrat
It really kills a company. I’ve seen it from the inside. They had to bring in new management who were skilled at navigating DEI policies and effects. Production and efficiency go way down.
But I’m sure degradation is the very intent. I pulled most of my money out of Vanguard assets when I learned they were on board with this.
