Straight-forward, no BS plus putting it in rural Southern terms that leave no doubt as to the FAFO quotient result. I’m impressed with how he has taken charge to ensure the safety of his deputies & citizens.

but during the St George Floyd riots he warned protesters that if any of them try to commit arson that he expects an armed citizen to shoot them.

I remember that. He was basically saying don't bring that crap here or you will get the FO part of FAFO. As an American but particularly a Florida resident these sheriffs make me very happy.

Lived here in Brevard for 25 years. It is a fantastic place to live. The fact we have an outstanding sheriff’s department is a terrific bonus.
