“From city blocks to small towns, from courthouse steps to community parks, we’re taking action to reject authoritarianism—and show the world what democracy really looks like.”
Democrats and assorted never-Trumpers are planning anti-Trump protests this weekend under the banner of ‘No Kings.’
It’s unclear why these losers think Trump sees himself as a king, but what else do these people have left but protests? They have shown repeatedly for months now, that they have nothing to offer the American people but their objections.
Randi Weingarten, the head of the country’s largest teacher union, is involved for some reason.
The left is planning to "rise up" all across the country on June 14th.
They call it "a nationwide day of defiance."

Christy Walton paid for this political advertisement against Trump in major newspapers nationwide.
The event calls for "a nationwide day of defiance" and for people to "rise up" on June 14th.

They’re using Flag Day, a day Trump has planned a U.S. Military parade, as the day to do this.
From their website:
On June 14—Flag Day—President Trump wants tanks in the street and a made-for-TV display of dominance for his birthday. A spectacle meant to look like strength. But real power isn’t staged in Washington. It rises up everywhere else.
No Kings is a nationwide day of defiance. From city blocks to small towns, from courthouse steps to community parks, we’re taking action to reject authoritarianism—and show the world what democracy really looks like.
We’re not gathering to feed his ego. We’re building a movement that leaves him behind.
The flag doesn’t belong to President Trump. It belongs to us. We’re not watching history happen. We’re making it.
On June 14th, we’re showing up everywhere he isn’t—to say no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
The flag doesn’t belong to Trump? Which one, the Mexican flag or the Communist flag? Those are the only two flags I’ve seen leftists waving over the last week.
This is obviously some kind of attempt to ‘reclaim’ patriotism, as some on the left have been urging Democrats to do in recent weeks. Good luck with that after the disgusting displays in California for the last four days.
Also, anyone who remembers the George W. Bush presidency and the left’s love of using the term ‘King George’ knows this is just a reminder that the left has not had an original idea in years.
The liberal media is just giddy about it....SNIP
That sounds “organic” and just the ordinary “citizens” being upset.
One of those ‘blue dots’ is Burnsville, NC...still cleaning up from Helene.
"Democracy" to them means burning, looting, rioting, throwing Molotov cocktails at police and outright lawlessness when you don't get your way.
I’m guessing most if not all of these cities are leftist enclaves.
Can’t wait to see the polls on immigration, afterwards.
It’s escapes their attention that communist states often devolve in to King like rulers. Where the crown is passed by hereditary means;
The Castro family in Cuba
The Kim family in North Korea
And there’s the dictators for life;
Xi in China
Putin in Russia
Maduro in Venezuela
All with King like powers
They always accuse you of what they are doing.
If that’s their definition of democracy, I’ll take monarchy every time.
What an incredible opportunity it would’ve been for a FR meet-up.
I’m not sure whether to call this a fond hope, a gut feeling, or a slightly uncomfortable hunch. Wondering about likelihood for the event to turn out to be something other than just a parade.
Nice touch :)
During the Revolutionary War, one of the slogans of the colonials was “no king but Jesus!”
I wonder how many Americans have a birthday on JUNE 14th???
