I got vaccinated because of where I live. Here we have immigrants from south of the border, Africans, Japanese, Koreans and jerks who will cough on the broccoli. I wanted to protect myself because of my mother who was 97 when all of the havoc began.
I blame Biden for all of the lockdowns, scare talk and absolutely no scientific information to understand what we were dealing with. I was using Moderna like a prepper stocks up on food. Because of the success of the Polio vaccine, having myself vaccinated was the way to go.
Personal choice..my mother who’ll be 91 this month got all the clot shots and immediately had kidney issues that she never had before. Her eFGR was fine for her age then rapidly went down after her first shot.. Now she’s stage 5 and she’s had COVID 5 or 6 times. She’s a devout Democrat and believes everything she hears on MSM and does everything the Drs told her, hates Hitler Trump and wonders how I could ever be a Republican/Conservative.
She couldn’t believe the wife and I, our kids and grandkids would not get the vaccine. When I tell her as far as we know no one had hit or got sick but shes had it 5 or 6 times says everything she won’t talk about it.
I just understand the mindset. If I took every prescription the Drs want to give me I’d be dead. Wife and I take none and we’re fine outside of the aches and pains of getting old.
