I’ll bet he will claim he can not answer specific health questions about “my patient” due to Federal HIPPA legislation.
Doctor patient privilege will shield him. In fact with all the HIPAA probably makes it illegal for him to answer most questions they would most like answered.
Pam Sessions will get right in it.
Only thing Trey Gowdy needs to do for the rest of his life, he will only have to do it one time, is find that new barber and stick with him!!
Maybe the law needs to change regarding those who represent us in government. If HIPAA can be used for cover of criminality, then we have certainly entered a new era of political leadership.

He won’t need a memory problem. The doctor-patient privilege is just as solid as the attorney-client or priest-penitent relationship, and far stronger than the husband/wife marital privilege.
This is just a snow job.
