I also assert that the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments are not law. This assertion includes the 18th, 19th, 23th, 24th, and 26th Amendments. It is impossible for a Constitutional Amendment to be 'unconstitutional.'
If your assertion involves how some or all of those amendments were ratified, then that's a different argument.
