An attorney chimed in and said this database is for tracking fraud within the Federal systems, things like non-citizens using other people’s Social Security numbers.

He pointed out the educational records and medical data cannot be included legally. If this is put in the records FedGov would lose in court because the law is clear.

That doesn’t mean someone won’t try in the future, but the law is clear about this.

I’m not a lawyer or paralegal, this is just what lawyers are saying.

And I am sure that the data will only be used for that purpose.
