,,, it’s not all bad. He gets out of the cost of pre-nuptial jewellery and a wedding. Amortize the $3,6m over 40 years and what’s it costing to be free of her? Agreed... quite significant. Yeah, he’s sucked a sewer pipe. 1-800 VICTIM.

“most women don’t like men” - Aaron Carey. I probably couldn’t post some of the blunt truths of Rollo Tomassi here.

His girlfriend sounds like a hardcore liberal.

But I’d be shocked if more men “like” women than the reverse.

Marriage and no-fault divorce can be worse — as more than a few husbands get cleaned out by property awards or settlements for wives who cheated on them. So, what are men going to do about it?

the pair were “in a loyal, committed and promising romantic partnership.
When money enters the arena all bets are off with loyalty.

Lost his wallet and ID huh? Nope. He’s an illegal and didn’t want to get deported from the Great White North.

Interesting how one day two people can be rolling in the hay making various animal-like grunts and uttering theistic invocations, and the next day one of the pair has blocked all electronic contact with the other and has totally dropped out of sight.

Not much, because not much can be done due to the political environment. Many ex-wives prefer to have large, uncollectible monetary awards against their former husbands than accept modification. Off hand, I know of three such cases.

he f**ked up: he trusted her!I know, right? If he couldn't contain himself to wait to get a new ID, as Round Earther's #7 post above wised noted, he should at least have already made her set up a joint account requiring both signatures for transactions, and go with her to cash it in to make sure where it would be deposited.
Then again, maybe he didn't even have enough money to open a joint account. If not, what a loser.
Still no excuse for what she did.
