He was expelled from school so no he should NOT be allowed to graduate.
That there is the problem. As of this writing, he has not been convicted of anything. Innocent until proven guilty, right? Or does that only apply to January 6th protesters and Donald Trump? A government entity punishing people merely for being accused of a crime does not sit well with me. I don’t have much use for pre-conviction punishment. I’ve seen far too much corruption.
He can enjoy his diploma while sitting at home under house arrest.
He can enjoy his diploma while sitting in a courtroom hearing all the evidence against him.
He can enjoy his diploma while sweating out the jury’s decision.
And he can enjoy his diploma while rotting in prison for most or all of the rest of his miserable life.
I don’t think he’ll get much joy out of it.
