The official report of the House Select Committee, which runs to more than 800 pages, is too deeply biased to give much help. This was foreordained given the hyper-partisan way the Select Committee was formed. Then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejected then-House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s two Republican appointments to the committee—Representatives Jim Jordan and Jim Banks—and instead appointed two virulently anti-Trump Republicans, Representatives Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
More important than the report’s factual errors are the serious questions never investigated by the Select Committee. Why did Democrat congressional leaders turn down repeated offers of National Guard troops to protect the Capitol that day? Why was security so lax outside the Capitol despite expectations of a large demonstration? How many FBI informants and other undercover federal law enforcement officials were in the crowd? What communication did the FBI or FBI informants have with protest organizers ahead of the event? Why wasn’t then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund told there were federal informants in the crowd? Why did the U.S. Capitol Police open the doors and allow demonstrators into the building? Why did federal law enforcement authorities demand cell phone location data for the thousands of people who were outside the Capitol but broke no laws? Why does the FBI still have no idea who planted the pipe bombs near the headquarters of the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee on the evening of January 5?

all that is needed to know is that republican protestors having witnessed Democratic protestors occupy the Wisconsin capital for over a month several years before, decided to occupy the US capital for an hour or two. After which Democrats which encouraged every riot for the last few decades and the occupation of the Wisconsin capital for an entire month acted like this was the worst thing to happen since the Civil War and then started to maliciously prosecute the J6 protestors 100 times worse than any Democratic rioter ever was. Trump ran on stopping this injustice and after winning,g pardoned the protestors who had been so mistreated.
And there were multiple FReepers warning that going there was a recipe for problems such as Antifa infiltrators, whack jobs showing up, etc.
And think about this. Going there with a Democrat controlled House and Senate and after 01/20 a Democrat President. I mean, no worries, right?

I think she was one of the pardoned ones. If that autopen thing falls through along with the pardons never having been authorized by Biden, then this girl could have her pardon neutralized and go to jail.
I watched videos that day showing Capital Hill Police taking down the barricades and inviting people into the Capital!

Again, what did people expect? Posters were calling House Democrats evil, etc. The Speaker exerts a lot of influence over Capital Police.
If you’ve ever experienced DC’s crowd control you’d know they funnel crowds through a maze and if you stop you’ll be trampled.It is very hard to break away.
I believe there were at least four permits granted to hold rallies on CAPITOL grounds for that day. Who issued them, without assigned security?
Did they ever catch the five men who dropped off lumber early morning to build the three foot gallows? Or the guy with the megaphone up on the scaffolding directing rioters?
Who opened the doors and where is the footage?
The people who occupied the State Capitol in Wisconsin, for a month, for the SPECIFIC PURPOSE of preventing the Legislature from carrying out its business, were not punished 100X LESS that the J6 protestors - they were not punished at all.
We know everything we need to know about January 6th 2021.

It would be super easy to use the video bank to reconstruct every person every second of that day.
Apparently somebody doesn’t want that to happen.
