I saw Miller's analytical sleight of hand -- he's taking the saving from the Medicaid cuts, projecting them out ten years, and counting all of that as savings when promoting the bill, but then saying that you can't do the exact same thing for other spending in the bill that pushes things higher.
Except the only spending in the bill is the wall & the golden dome which are not ten year projects. If you come to an analysis with preconceived opinions you, of necessity, twist the facts to support your conclusions.
Stephen Miller is one of the most upright, lucid and transparent people in the cabinet. To suggest he is twisting the truth is IMO despicable.
