It doesn’t matter how much oil russia can pump if it can not refine it. Without gas, they cant fuel their army, and without the money generated from the sale of gas they cant pay for their war.
It is really easy to end this war, Ukraine just needs to send 1,000 drones to every oil refinery in Russia and blow them up. War ends.
