Maybe catty, but sort of true. Apparently, cosplay is her thing.

If being “garish” is the issue, then her hair and makeup would be moreso than wardrobe.

In any case, if she’s doing her job to rescue America from invaders and criminals, then she can be as garish as she wants. Her critics can suck it.
