I believe your numbers are out of date. Per the US Census (2024) Chicago’s data:
White (not including Latino or Hispanic): 32.2%
Hispanic/Latino: 29.6%
Black (not including Latino or Hispanic): 28.4%
Asian : 7.2%
Mayor Brandon knows his people have fallen to 3rd place and is stuffing them in all sorts of jobs based only on their race.
