The Secret Service may try to force former FBI Director James Comey to answer pointed questions into a social media post he issued depicting an image of “8647,” but a U.S. attorney whom President Trump appointed will determine whether to prosecute Comey over the post.
If Comey refuses to comply with their request for what’s known as a protective intelligence interview, the Secret Service leading the investigation into the Instagram post can apply for a subpoena through an assistant U.S. attorney.

Was the interview done by Comey’s daughter and son-in-law who both work for the Secret Service, who have probably informed Comey of the questions to be asked and how they should be answered.

Comey, like most of the other leftist Democrats, is shock-sure that he won’t suffer any real consequences. His arrogance is justified by decades of precedent of the Democrats “getting away with it”.
Comey accomplished one of his two goals, already. One, public relations for his upcoming book release. He got everyone’s attention which is a good strategy for directing attention also to his book (ka-ching). Whether he will achieve the second goal is yet to be seen. That being encouraging someone else to “try again”. But let’s face it. Even if that happens, he will still “get away with it”. We know how this game goes.
