Well, this witness denies it.
I have no idea where the truth is, but this witness claims no treason, but unfortunate untrue statements by Jeffries to the media afterwards.
Basically, that Jeffries did not lie to Trump (treason?), but to the media (I guess, that’s OK), making disparaging statements about Trump.
The DoJ will be right on it, I’m sure.

Why should we accept the now self-serving claim he lied to the media and not to the President of the US? That claim is 100% self-serving and obviously being now made to avoid a very real charge of treason. The interview is an open admission of treason.
Literally he admitted to treason against the US and our President. Time, we hold these people accountable.
But reading the last two paragraphs, he should just be tied to a stake and whipped for a while.

I do not know anything about this case, but here sen Paul claims treason, but witness disagrees.
Yes, it looks to me that there was a treason committed, but they, for obvious reasons, are trying to deny it.
How about a proper excerpt so we know what this about?
