No, I haven't. I retired over ten years ago and haven't flown in about thirteen years. I have driven by the main gate at Dobbins Air Reserve Base numerous times on Highway 41, since it is only 2.78 miles from my house as the crow flies.
Now that I think about, I remember learning that bases and posts installed barriers to stop car bombers from getting a straight path to breach their gates. I guess that came with a change of protocols.
