I suspect the real problem isn't in the ad agency but in the people at Jag-Yoo-Ar who hired them. As certain other Woke enterprises have learned (coughcoughDisneycoughcough) first you have to have a decent product, then you have to worry about market demographics. And what they actually are offering is an automobile designed for a new market demographic indeed: people who hate automobiles and will never buy one. Dear Lord, the thing looks like a combination of Soviet brutalism and a Lego mockery made by middle schoolers. In pink. I give you:

So yeah, the ads were ridiculous art-school creep shows, but maybe they did fit the product. All too well.

There doesn’t look like there’s room around the wheel in the fender-wells for the suspension to accommodate a speed bump or chuck hole.
I’ve seen that a lot lately. I just don’t get it.

It looks like the Batmobile from Batman:the Animated Series. Just needs to come in black.

The ads were ridiculous, but fit the product offered...... an auto designed
for a market demographic: people who hate autos and will never buy one.

Next up for Jaguar: a bunch of gyrating yiffing furries. Surely that market segment will fall all over themselves to purchase one of these monstrosities.
