Don’t dare compare the two, the 4th was a war of independence, for Russia starting in the 1930s what became WWII was a war of conquest and empire, when empire building Germany clashed with empire building Russia it actually resulted in many more conquests for Russia and a much larger empire for them, Russia was not freeing nations, but enslaving them, Russia was building an empire, and those nations did not escape until Russia collapsed in the 1990s.
