People who have never learned to handle money, do not handle it well when the obtain a great deal by chance.

He has all the opportunities to set himself up for a lifetime as a wealthy independent member of people with money.

However, he will probably squander it all in few years, ending up with nothing.

That is what happens with most big lottery winners. There are a couple of exceptions, of course.
